I recently placed an order (about 2 weeks ago from Doxy Lingerie) and paid extra for shipping, and my dress has not even been shipped yet, even though they already charged my card and said items ship within 24-48 hours. I started to read online about numerous complaints regarding the company, so now I just want my money back. Is anyone else having the same problems, and if so what did you do?
